Outreach & Service
We Serve Because Christ Served
In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus reminds us that “whatever we do to the least of my brethren, you do for me” (Matthew 25:40). As Christians and members of One Body of Christ, we are called to serve the needs of our brothers and sisters. Queen of Angels aims to form disciples through the use of our God-given abilities to build up God’s Kingdom. We serve because Christ served.
Through service, students build community both inside and outside of the school while growing spiritually as responsible Christians. Grades K-8 each provide support to the community through various Corporal Works of Mercy through class service projects. School-wide service projects occur on campus during Advent and Lent and benefit local parishes and charities. The entire school community particpates in efforts for disaster relief as needed.
