For budgeting purposes, you may assume an annual increase of 3-5% in the base tuition amount. We do not offer multiple child discounts.

Tuition Policies

Tuition payments form the primary source of financial support for the academic programs of Queen of Angels Catholic School.  Tuition payments are the responsibility of the parents. Tuition must be paid in a timely and consistent manner.

In the event of a student's withdrawal during the school year, tuition will not be prorated for any portion of the month.  In addition, a 30-day written notice must be given to the Business Office in order to have tuition waived for a student's withdrawal.  Student activity fees will not be refunded in the event of a student's withdrawal.

Tuition and the activity fee may be paid according to one of two options:
Option 1:  Payment in full; single payment paid to the school in June
Option 2:  Monthly payments through FACTS Tuition Management Program;  please see the FACTS Information Brochure for more details.   The FACTS Enrollment Fee is paid for by the school (one per family).  The monthly payment plans are listed below.  

• 10 Monthly Payments (July -- April)
• 11 Monthly Payments (June -- April)
• 12 Monthly Payments (May -- April) 

Families that have already set up an online payment plan with FACTS will have the ability to view and update their payment plan online.  More information can be found at the FACTS Consumer Portal Quick Tips.

Incidental Fees 

Queen of Angels Catholic School has partnered with FACTS Management Company to collect incidental fees for this school year.  Incidental fees are any charges outside of a family’s regularly scheduled tuition and activity fee payment such as lunch, extended day program, etc.  These items will be separate from your tuition payment.  There is no fee charged by FACTS for this service.  Highlights of the incidental fees collection are below:

 
    ü  You will receive a FACTS email monthly when you have had charges added to your student's 
                account.   This invoice will be sent 15 days prior to your payment’s due date. 
    ü  You will then click the link provided in the email to view your invoice and to make your payment
                (you may also elect to have incidental charges automatically withdrawn each month). 

ü  FACTS allows you to make payments online from your bank account or by credit card.    ü   Invoice payments are due to FACTS Management Company by the date specified on your invoice
    (do not send payments to the school). 
ü  A late fee may be assessed if the payment is not received at FACTS on or before the due date.
