Financial Aid 2010-2011
Queen of Angels Catholic School will use FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service to process applications for the 2010-2011 school year. Any family wanting to apply for financial aid will need to fill out an on-line application.
Financial aid is a need-based program. Financial aid must be applied for every year -- it does not carry over from school year to school year. Please note that this may be a different service than other private schools might use. If you have students at other schools, you will need to fill out the application for their school in addition to ours. Queen of Angels Catholic School and Blessed Trinity Catholic High School are both using FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment service this year.
There may be additional financial aid available through the GRACE Scholars Program for students applying from public schools or entering kindergarten who qualify for financial aid. Applications for GRACE Scholarships can be obtained by clicking on the following link Grace Scholars Application, but cannot be considered until the FACTS application has been completed and verified by the school.
The deadline for submitting your FACTS online application is Monday, March 1, 2010. Here is some important information you will need to complete your application:
The web address for the on-line application is http://www.factstuitionaid.com/ Click on the applicant sign-in button and follow the step by step instructions.
You will need copies of your 2009 IRS federal income tax return 1040 or 1040A (2 pages), including all supporting schedules (Schedules C, E, F). State income tax returns are not required.
Under the Student and School Information section please make sure you enter ALL students entering a private Pre-K, elementary, or secondary school, not just those attending Queen of Angels Catholic School. College expenses are listed in another section.
Payment of your $20 application fee.

*Please note that no application will be considered complete and no aid will be awarded until your tax return has been verified by FACTS. If you have a problem complying with this requirement, contact Debra Kopec in the Business Office.

Re-Registration Fee $200
Activity Fee $75 (Grades K-5)
$90 (Grades 6-7)
$270 (Grade 8)
For budgeting purposes, you may assume an annual increase of 3-5% in the base tuition amount. We do not offer multiple child discounts.
Tuition Policies
Tuition payments form the primary source of financial support for the academic programs of Queen of Angels Catholic School. Tuition payments are the responsibility of the parents. Tuition must be paid in a timely and consistent manner.
In the event of a student's withdrawal during the school year, tuition will not be prorated for any portion of the month. In addition, a 30-day written notice must be given to the Business Office in order to have tuition waived for a student's withdrawal. Student activity fees will not be refunded in the event of a student's withdrawal.
Tuition and the activity fee may be paid according to one of two options:
Option 1: Payment in full; single payment paid to the school in June
Option 2: Montly payments through FACTS Tuition Payment Plan; automatic bank payments (ACH) through your checking or savings account may be made on either the 5th or the 20th of each month. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $41 (paid by parent). The monthly payment plans are listed below.
- 10 Monthly Payments (July -- April)
- 11 Monthly Payments (June -- April)
- 12 Monthly Payments (May -- April)
