Advertising Sponsorship
An exciting feature to our A Night at the Met Gala & Auction is the use of the BidPal Network of handheld devices for the automation of the bidding process. Attendees will be given a handheld (iPod) device to use during the event to enter and manage their bidding. This is a unique opportunity to advertise your business or personal message to over 250 attendees. Each ad will rotate views throughout the night.

There will be a maximum of 15 advertisers for the event with a minimum of
6 Bid Pal views for the duration of the event.

1 Super Raffle ticket for the Live Auction
Reception with Dr. Wood at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Open Bar from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Leader board exposure on the large screen in the main ballroom
Acknowledgement of sponsorship support by the Master of Ceremony during the event
Sponsor web link & logo featured on the gala & auction website and in the online program
Focused attention by captive audience during dinner, special appeal and opening of Live Auction
