Queen of Angels Catholic School uses FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service to process financial aid applications for the current school year. Any family wanting to apply for financial aid will need to fill out an online application on or before March 1st.

Financial aid is a need-based program. Financial aid must be applied for every year – it does not carry over from school year to school year. Please note this may be a different service than other private schools might use. If you have students at other schools, you will need to fill out the application for their school in addition to ours. Queen of Angels Catholic School and Blessed Trinity Catholic High School both use FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

There may be additional financial aid available through the G.R.A.C.E. Scholars Program for students applying from public schools or entering kindergarten who qualify for financial aid. Applications for G.R.A.C.E. Scholarships can be obtained after January 15 online from www.gracescholars.org but cannot be considered until the FACTS financial aid application has been completed and verified by the school.

Here is some important information you will need to complete your application:

  • The web address for the online application is http://www.factstuitionaid.com/. Click on the applicant sign-in button and follow the step by step instructions.
  • You will need copies of your 2011 IRS federal income tax return 1040 or 1040A (2 pages), including all supporting tax schedules (Schedule C, E, F). State income tax returns are not required.
  • You will need copies of your 2011 W-2 and/or 1099 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Under the Student and School Information section please make sure you enter ALL students attending a private pre-k, primary or secondary school, not just those attending Queen of Angels Catholic School. (College expenses are listed in another section.)
  • A parish verification form is required.
  • Payment of your $20 application fee.

**Please note that no application will be considered complete and no aid will be awarded until your tax return has been verified by FACTS. If you have a problem complying with this requirement, please contact Debra Kopec in the Business Office.
